※ I may reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
※ Maximum of 3 revisions for regular type commissions.
※ No refunds once the sketch has been delivered. If something unexpected happens on my end, I’ll let you know and issue a full refund.
※ Cancellations or reference changes are only allowed before sketching begins. Just reach out to me beforehand.
※ Clients are required to pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch approval. For Omakase commissions, full payment must be made upfront.
※ TAT (Turn Around Time) 1–8 weeks depending on comms type and my schedule. Trello link provided for progress tracking, feel free to check it anytime.
※ If you have read all the terms of service, please send "Himmel is my hero" and I'll give you a freebie.
※ I retain all the rights to my artwork and use the image as a sample for my portfolio or self promotion unless ordered as private (+50% personal use, +100% commercial NDA).

※ Omakase/skeb/surprise me type has NO sketch/preview/discussion in between. Only 1 minor revision is allowed before the final result is sent to the client’s email.
※ Personal use artworks are strictly not allowed to gain profit/get monetized. You may not sell the art prints or any mass produced products. However, a print for personal use is allowed.※ Local prices are for Indonesian clients only. International clients are required to use the listed USD rates.
※ What client will get :
Final artwork in JPG and PNG formats. Transparent background included (except watercolor type).
File will be delivered as folder in google drive, and the link for gdrive will be shared via email.
